Assalamualaikum. I have a 2.8yrs daughter now i am trying to concieve since last 9months. My thyroid profile and ultrasound report came fine. Dr gave me clomid twice but no luck. This time dr gave me lezra tab and asked me to get my ultrasound done for follicular size. Today is 9th day of my cycle. Ultrasound showed small follicle size 1.3cm. Dr said it should be 1.8cm on day 12. I am really worried. What should i do? Is it curable.
Get usg on 12 th day which is more appropriate day to be assessed.

Thanks dr for replying. If u/s show small follicle on day 12 also then what i will suppose to do. Is there any chance that follicle will increase in size in three days?

--Dear it woukd be better if u woukd send me detailed gynae, obs, medical and Surgical history.
-have complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have daily walk yoga and Exercise.
-try to have Normal Bmi.
-have sex in fertile period of cycle.
-have folic acid daily 0.4 mgs if not having any chronic issue.
-have plenty of water, fruits and vegetables in diet.
-better to give body some time. If hormonal imbalance /irregular periods do take treatment for that.
-if have been treated for all above having no issues regarding periods regularity or hormones then c have hysterosalpingogram for tubal patency and semen analysis for husband. Try to request to quit smoking as well.
-I hope thin gs woukd be better if u discuss whole history, investigations result properly with gynae and have treatment accordingly along with above precautions.

Thanks dr for replying. Please tell me where to send you gynae or surgical history? My periods are normal. Thyroid profile is also normal
Repeat scan on day 13 to see the size, don’t worry , u will get get pregnant. Need to take other treatment as well after a detailed history
