4 days of my missed periods have been passed and i am also negative home pregnancy test. from two days i am having abdominal cramping and lower back ache when i walk or sit down also having cramping in my legs. I am very confused and tensed.

salam,
if you were on no contraception then you need to get a blood Bhcg done to find out the rule out the pregnancy.
secondly do you get delayed periods? with pain?
you can get some mefanamic acid tablets for the cramping once the pregnancy has been fully ruled out.
also get the urine check done to rule out the UTI as well.
