Talk to Gynecologist on Cyst In Right Overy

The cyst in right overy is 8 cm.I had taken glucophage and duphaston for 2 months but its size increased from 5 to 8cm.Dr said the only treatment is surgery & excision of the cyst.Is it not treatable through medicines?Can the surgery be avoided? I have only 1 baby & need more.My age is 34
