hi,
Frst of all, congratulations to be mum to be. I would like to reassure you most of the discharge in pregnancy is physiologic with no clinical impact, however, if if this is due to any infection it must be treated. My advice would be to take swabs and send it for the test .Nowadays patient can take self-swabs and don't need to see a doctor.if it is due to Bacterial vaginosis, chlamydia, candida then its need specific treatment but if it fails to show anything nothing to worry .i must say the incidence of above is fairly less.and usually discharges associated with these conditions are either copious and foul smelling or cause itching down below.if you need to discuss this issue on phone i a happy to consult you by whats app tel no 042-32591427, , you can speak to my wife who is consultant gynecologist in uk .
regards
