Talk to Gynecologist on Disturbed Periods

Aoa. I'm 34 yrs old. Mother of two boys, age 8&5. Had 2 miscarriages 4 years ago within a year. I've regular periods throughout my life, cycle of 28 days without any pain . But from last few months dates are disturbed. 4-5days aagay peechay. But this time only threads are coming.today is my 4th day but No flow or (light/heavy) bleeding at all. My question is that is this Ok or I've to rush to doctor.
