i m 8 weeks pregnant my doctor prescribed me myfol tablet one daily. After consulting with my doc i switched to imported folic acid from canada. pic is attached. my question is on myfol 400 mcg is written and on other folic acid 1mg is written. so is 1 tablet enough or should i change dosage?
400 mcg is usual dose . So enough if no history of neural tube defect

Aoa i have 2 ask.aftr abortion of 5 weeks, bleeding stoped within 15 dayz..gap of 1 week period came up again..y periods came so early.? Plz guide what should i do ? Should i take med for regulr periods ?

can i take 1 mg on alternative days or half tablet daily. no history of neural tube defect.

U can even take 1 mg . No harm
