i am 23 yrs old, with height of 5'6" and weight of 89 kg. i started workout and dieting last week. i had period two weeks before, but today i noticed some black color jelly like substance coming out. kindly tell me what could be and how to treat this?

i would advice to get an Ultrasound scan done for the review of the pelvis and organs.
to look at the ovaries and the womb.
you may need some vagianl swabs to make sure there is infection down below.
again the treatment would be directed towards the cause.
if you suffer with irregular periods and trying to lose weight then try and speak with a dietitian.
