Talk to Gynecologist on Headache In Pregnancy

Salaam doctors ! I am in my 27th week of pregnancy , and from yesterday suddenly I have started having pain in my left leg and today I am having severe one sided headache which is on the right side and is covering my right eye also ! I am not able to sleep , I am taking Fefol vit and ostegem tablets , my bp remained normal till now ! Kindly tell me what should I do ? Is it something to worry ? Kindly tag mam rukhsana tariq plz
