Talk to Gynecologist on Hormonal Issue

My period cycle was getting longer from 28 days to 35 days. Doc advised me to do hormonal test at 2nd day and ultrasound at 12th day of cycle respectively (reports are attached). tsh 2.29 lh 6.83 fsh 5.90 prolactin is 12.3 . i am married from 1 yr. Plus i am trying to conceive from last 2 months. She prescribed me metformin pregnol and adfolic tablets for 6 months. Now i want to know that should i get another opinion or should i continue with the medicines. Plus what is the issue specially with hormones. Bcz the doc was not in mood to tell me. Also she written on prescription no issue of pcos. plz confirm I shall b v thankful.
