Talk to Gynecologist on Infant's Death Due To Epidermolysis Bullosa

First baby was girl who was born with epidermolysis bullosa and died in 11 days after birth. Second baby was a boy. Died in 11 days due to same health issue. Third baby was also a boy. Died after 8 days of birth due to same disease. This may be a result of marriage with first cousin. Please let us know which doctor can handle this case seriously ?
