Talk to Gynecologist on Infertilty For 5 Years

Iam married for 5 years and tried everything to conceive a child but all in vain. I have done ICSI this month but failed. I have luteal phase defect and my husband has teratozospermia thats the reason dr suggested for ICSI however it didnt work for me. My doctor said i might have immunogical problem and he might start steroids, anticoagulants and intralipids before next round of ICSI. Every roynd of medicated cycle i responded well with good follicles but i havent conceive a single time.I have a qiestion from Dr Rukhsana is there any way we can rule out the confirm diagnosis of infertility. What else i can do to make my 2nd round of cycle sucessful. My rheumatologist told me i dont need any treatment i can conceive. Reports are uploaded. What you will suggest me , what shall i do further to improve my chances of conception. Iam using COq 10 enzymes , aspirin 81mg, folic acid and vit D 1000U also pregnecare but i stop using it.Iam not obese active and healthy lady.
