- try to maintain weight and Bmi in balanced range by having regular walk and Exercise .
- have healthy Diet with more fruits and vegetables and plenty of water .
- have recreational activities and try to have all medical issues checked and treated regularly .
- have tab norethisterone 5 mgs twice daily from day 4 to day 25 of your cycles and then wait for bleeding and again start from day 4 ,do gave this for total 3 cycles .
- on day 2 of periods have blood tests ( Progesterone, testosterone,insulin,prolectin,thyroid function test,fsh and lh )
- collect labs and discuss here .
- follow with labs after 1-2 months
