Talk to Gynecologist on Irregular Periods

I have irregular periods since my child birth now my daughter is 3 and half year old .i want to concieve .doctor has recommended me FSH.LH,and Amh test .my Fsh value is 51.03 LH value is 17 and Amh is 0.017.she recomended me three cycles of progyluton.what should i do now.
