the polycystic disease is a common problem and primarily due to insulin resistance .it is common in overweights though can affect people who are at risk of diabetes.m ain features are

period problem is due to too many eggs trying to mature but none of then release or randomly release you get period with the release of egg.
treatment of PCO is mainly wt loss. You can start tablet METFORMIN 500mg twice/ day to improve insulin sensitivity. This will help in long-term hormone regulation.
you seem to be already on it.
Not all the women get period problems though some have irregular bleeding some dont have periods for months. To make them regular you can take pill if you are not planning a pregnancy.or cyclical norethisterone can be used for a few cycles .weight loss is the mainstay of treatment

mera irregular periods problem ha doctor sa 9 months ilaj kia but akher ma usna muj sa kaha ka ap bacha paida nhi kr skti ho kia periods ka ilaj ho skta ha means normal ho skta ha ya nhi
