Talk to Gynecologist on Low Beta Hcg

I have been on Clomid for last 4 cycles.. i did ovulated on all cycles but got pregnant on 4th cycle.. my lmp was 3rd November.. my follicles matured on cycle day 14 and i was iven trigger shot on the same day.. ultrasound on day 16 showed 2 dominent follicles ruptured.. today i got my beta hcg report and doctor said the value is 14 and is low.. she has asked me to repeat it after 2 days but at the same time has warned me that it is most likely a miscarriage.. i wanted to know that how percent chances are there that these numbers will increase?
