as your pregnancy in early stage you are just 7 weeks so pls only use folic acid till you will become 3months then you can start your iron n calcium. n your hemoglobin is not much bad try to eat green leafy vegetables n frits n meat as much you tolerate. n leg pain may b due to another reason.you can use local medicine like brufen cream apply on leg or do olive oil massage you get relief by it.
