I am 26.years old female wid hb 10.2.my periods are always on time but the flow is very less and last only for one day i am also not over weight herr are my reports attached of ultrasound should i go for hormone test too?? Currently i am also taking these medicines for anxiety because i am also facing fast heart rate picture are attached below plsz guide me

there is lot to talk about 2 photographs you have given
1/ anxiety its probably good idea to discuss more whats nature of anxiety, what factors trigger it it it simple generalized anxiety of a form of panic attacks that cause racing of heart, chest pains shortness of breath and feeling of impending doom. if there is associated feature of depression.The practices in west, uk and USA are very different from Pakistan .inderan is a beta-blocker used mainly for panic attacks where is laxotanil is i believe benzodiazepine can be used in acute anxiety their long-term use is not recommended due to risk of dependence /tolerance and addiction. Along with inderal meds like sertraline, fluoxetine, escitalopram or even mirtazapine can be better choice off course counseling and cbt is as good as medicine.
2/ your gynae issue i am not sure why you are worried about this if you are getting regular periods what was an indication of scan?
are you over weight/?
do you have facial hairs?
have there been any irregularities of periods in past?
the scan is essentially normal slight suspicion of possibility of PCO,as suggested serum FSH/LH can help to guide ,but if you are not over wt i dont think any treatment is indicated .if you are over wt and hormone are suggestive of PCO metformin is treatment .unfortunately this site don't allow me to share my uk no for consulting advise .and administration of this website is so poor that i have not been able to register with them to provide online consults.

Thankyou soo much sir for detail reply actually the cause of anxiety is i will leave for dubai on 5.aug after ruksati the fear of being far from my family triggers anxiety for a week i am taking inderal and bromazepam i am not over weight but my periods are scanty and only one day thats was i was a bit concerned about it but really thanks to you for your detail reply sir.
