I have miscarried a day before yesterday. I was 8weeks6days pregnant but ultrasound shows the pregnancy only 6 weeks then i have started bleeding and lost my pregnnacy, however i want to conceive again soon please help me what medicines should i take to conceive soon for a healthy pregnancy? And please do tell me what was the main causes for my miscarriage.
Take folic acid and Vit E.
Take plenty of fluids & sleep
Avoid Stress and have healthy balanced diet.
The major cause of miscarriage at this stage is chromosomal defect

Is there a chance of again miscarriage? Or should i have to go for preconception treatment before trying to conceive?
