If they r very heavy u need to get an ultrasound done to look for the
endometrial thickness .. if it's more then an endometrial sampling needs to
be carried out before prescribing any hormonal preps
Kindly do a pelvic ultra sound scan
A blood cbc
A blood TSH
And check that u are not taking drugs that increase bleeding like asprine
or any harmones
Then see a gynaecologist with reports
