hi i have some burning issues with vagina and vulva and inflammation of vagina(swelling) painful sex, no discharge at all burning during pee from last 4 months burning gone after 3 months my gyno tried all anti fungal creams clomatrizole ,gynodaktrin ,gyno travogen cream minstat, canestean cream three anti biotic courses for vulva hydrocortisone it helps little bit and anti allergy tablets burning start from vulva and goes inside now burning subsides but inflmmation persist swollen vagina during menstural cycle it stops after periods it satts again symptoms like when it startsi feel light trush feeling and pain like periods are coming some time hip joint also pain. recently my doctor gave me clyndamicin its three days now i notice when i use creams it slightly burn during the lenght of cream used but no effect on swelling of vagina . dr also gave me anti inflammatory medicine for 20 days but nothing helps . some thing is not comfortable down there it feels all the time gyno said your
It could be a chronic infection . Ask your doctor to send your HVS. It may help in pointing out the problem

yes in my last appointment with medical specialist on IBS (INFLAMMATORY BOWEL) H EGAVE ME GLUCIN V CREAM AND SAID USE IT IF NOT SETTLE THEN VAGINAL SWAB will be TAKEN AND CULTURE of the fluid
