Talk to Gynecologist on No Menses After D And C

On 29may my first d and c was done, on 12june again it was done bcoz of rpocs, on 12 I got heavy bleeding but from that time till now I'm not having my periods, I took gynorit, primolut n, two packs in two months progyluton but nothing worked. Ultrasound report suggests fluid in uterus but no pregnancy, I complete a course of injections and antibiotics too for this as I am having white discharge all the time. Please suggest me a right path towards recovery
