According to lmp I am 5 weeks and 1 day but the tvs showed 5 weeks and 5 days with a MSD of 0.86cm. But the yolk sac and fetal poles were not visible. My bhcg value is 3800. Is this normal or may lead to a miscarriage?
I thinkall the things are within normal limits. If you don't have any compaint you may get your scan repeated after 2 weeks . Hopefully everything would e ok.
Usually we are able to see either Fetal pole or yolk sac at 5 weeks By TVS
In you case repeat TVS ultrasound in 2 weeks is indicated If you have symptoms of pregnancy hopefully it’s okay
You can repeat you Beta hCG now and let me know
There might be a problem
Rpeat blood hcg
And tvs after one week
