I have a 24 year old relative having ovarian cancer (endometrial CA, stage 1c, s/p left salpingoopherectomy and post adjuvant chemotherpy. She is following in shoukat khanum. There is some suspicious area in the anterolateral wall of uterus (residual disease?). Pet scan also show high uptake of FDG. Oncologist in shoukat khanum advised for hystroscopic biopsy of the lesion from the gynecologist, there is no gynecologist in shoukat khanum who can do this.
