Last month my cycle was exact of 30 days but this month its of 32 days i want to ask what r my ovulation days for this month? My period started yesterday n will lasts about 6 days 5th August gonna be last day of cycle..i m trying to conceive taking folic acid of 400 mcg daily by nature made.i started taking it by myself. Flow of blood is good earlier before marriage my first day is very painfulthat I can't bear the pain so i used to take decloran spasfom but after marriage its not that painful. Plz guide me for pregnancy

In 28days cycle ovulation uusually occur at 14th day and for 30_35 day cycle it can occur BTW 16th to 22nd day from your first day of bleeding.
Folic acid is recommended u can take it
