My periods cycle is usual normally, last month I had little bleeding during Ramazan. However, this month my periods have prolonged with heavy bleeding including blood clots, I took shower after 12 days. But 2 days back which is 14th day from my cycle I got bleeding again not only that I got blood clots in urine. Then, nothing today when I woke up I passed 2 heavy blood clots with urine in morning and that's it. I have numbness in my legs and slight fatigue and cramps. I want to know what should I do?
You should go and see your gynecologist, she may advice an ultrasound and some blood tests. The bleeding you have described is not normal and the fatigue is also due to blood loss. You would also need iron supplements.
