I am 26 year old female. Engaged and going to get married soon. Earlier in my teens i had lot of flow on my memstrual cycle. But now from a year i have very less flow. I bleed for 3 days amd spotting for 3 days that is total 6 days of periods. Is that an issue? And as getring married i want to conceive soon. So what should be the sort of foods i should be having?
Relax , have healthy& balanced diet and take folic acid as well.
As for decreased menstrual flow , get a pelvic USG from an expert and let me know
