Talk to Gynecologist on Periods And Ultrasound Dr Sadia

For a year now my periods flow has lessend. I have very regular periods. Habing a 25 day cycle. I have light bleeding for 3 days and spoting for 3 days. I had a heavy flow. But now its light. Its made me worried. Should i be worried?? I will get married this yeat in sha Allah. maam sadia asked for the ultrasound. ots my fourth day of period. pctires attached
