Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Delay-Marriage

Aoa, I have a question for my wife. after 2 month's of marriage, her periods was late for 10 days.And this time again periods is late she's in this same conditions after 4 months. can you please let me know what to do in this condition and what is the actual reason of all this.
