Hellow doctors please tell me is inserting black glysrine into vagina after normal vaginal delivery safe?? Someone told me it cleanses the uterus nd the excess weight can be reduced this way. If it is safe, then when should i start after how much time of delivery. If it is unsafe, is there any other way to reduce weight faster??
