Congratulations on your pregnancy. Have a safe and healthy 9 months. You should stop parlodel but need to continue thyroxine and get tested for thyroid again after 2 months.
Stop parlodel

Please stop any medication to lower prolactin while pregnant.
Thyroid needs to evaluated and checked every 4-6 weeks during pregnancy as the thyroxine requirement increases with weight gain.
See a endocrinologist near by ASAP.

Follow your doctor's advise accordingly. Thryroxine may or may not be needed lifelong depending on the cause of hypothyroidism. So your doctor after testing may decide if you need to continue thyroxine or can stop or reduce the dose. And yes it is common to have abdominal cramps and breast tenderness in early pregnancy, so no need to worry.
