Women usually have increased vaginal discharge during pregnancy This is something normal if the discharge doesn't have any smell or isn't itchy.
Women do have lower abdomen during pregnancy. If you have some urinary problem, you may get urine tested for infection.
As far as bleeding from the mouth or throat is concerned it is usually due to sore throat or bleeding gums , if you don't have any previous history. It is better to consult an ENT surgeon
