A.o.A doc after my marriage i have faced the 3month miscarriage.now we are trying for a baby but i dont know whts the problem.Dor are saying every thing is ok, i have irregular periods problem.plz give me any suggestions for pregnancy conceive.
walikum salam. if your periods are irregular then this could be one reason for difficulty in conceiving. also give your self time to recover from miscarriage both physically and emotionally. I am sorry for your loss. Go to your doctor, first you will need some tests to find out the reason for irregular periods then start the treatment to help you conceive. Wishing you all the best.

If more than one year has passed since your miscarriage,
Please do the following:
1) Start taking Vit E and Folic acid
2) Get your Day 21 serum progesterone and Tubal patency test.
