Aslam o Alikum.. i m a pcos patient .. after 2 years of treatment i finally concieved this month.. at 5th week 2 days of preganacy i had done my ultrasound which show a gestational sac of 12mm with no fetol pole or yolk sac... i m worried bcz i heared that pregnancy with pcos is always threatend... plzzz tell me which care i should take of my health... and what medicine is good for me currently i m taking myfol and duphaston.. and in last i have heavy white watery discharge these days... plzz help
There is no problem with the sac size at the moment. You may get a follow up scan after 2 weeks if you are worried. In sha Allah , everything would be ok.
As there is hormonal imbalance in cases with PCOS, there is always a need for regular antenatal care.
As for the heavy watery vaginal discharge, it is common during pregnancy
Please repeat ur ultrasound scan in a weeks time so that we can see if
fetal pole is present
Then i can suggest treatment
