From what uv described it does sound like its infection .. so u need to see ur gynac to decipher exactly what kind of infection so that u may be prescribed the right medicine
Increased discharge during pregnancy is common and if it’s not foul smelling and non irritating doesn’t need any treatment
Regarding urinary symptoms these are also common and harmless provided Infection has been ruled out by urine culture sensitivity
