Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy With Fibroids

Salam. I have been married for 2.5 years now and currently, I am 6 weeks pregnant. Previously, I have been diagnosed with PCOS and doctors have been prescribing me medicines for conceiving. I was very worried about conceiving with PCOS and I asked the doctor multiple times if PCOS can be treated first, always got the reply that medicines are doing both for the treatment of PCOS, or conceiving. Now, I have come to know that I have two fibroids, 9 by 6.7cm in the fundal region, and 4.5 by 4.0 cm in the anterior uterine wall, along with a 6 weeks fetus. I am extremely restless as there feels like hard bricks in my belly. The doctor checked me though ultrasound exactly two weeks before and she couldn't see anything, nor fibroid neither the fetus. Can you please suggest me anything beneficial? I know that pregnancy has to continue like this but is there any experienced doctor of pregnancy with fibroids who can make it easy for me and my baby? and any cure of fibroids after delivery?
