The ultrasound shows findings of IUGR (intrauterine growth restriction). There are many causes, so without further testing I cannot comment on what could be the reason for the baby being small but do get your blood pressure checked regularly, take good bed rest so that your baby gets a good blood supply and don't sleep on your back , instead lie on your sides (left lateral is best). Also take special care of baby movements and any time you feel it is less than usual go to your doctor in emergency.
Most babies with IUGR, are normal and gain weight with proper care after birth.
