I delivered my baby 3 months ago through c-section. Since then i hve been having severe constipation. I have ispaghol every day in the morning bt it doesnt really work. Now by applying pressure for passing stool i have developed a pimple type swelling near my hole.. its bery painful when ever i try to pass stool. It doesnt bleed. Pls help me thanku
Try to take high fiber diet, drink lots of water and walk daily. Still if you are constipated you may need medicine other than just isphagol because applying pressure is not good for you after surgery. so please see your doctor.
