Talk to Gynecologist on Trying To Conceive

I have been married for 1 year and i am unable to conceive yet. My periods are quiet regular and i am not suffering from any other kind of disease. One thing noticeable is that i am experiencing severe pain in lower abdomen before and during period and it started happening after marriage (basically after my first intercourse). Before marriage i had just cramps, slight backache or even no pain during or before periods, . But now as soon as i started trying to conceive i am experiencing this severe pain and heavy bleeding during periods. Specifically i have been trying to conceive for 7 and a half month. Needs help
