Talk to Gynecologist on Ultrasound Report

Assalam o alaikum this is my ultrasound report, according to LMP I am 8+5 weeks pregnant, but in this report there is no heartbeat present, should I worried or take any precautions?? Need your guidance Jazzak Allah P.s its my second pregnancy, I had c-section 20 months ago
