We got married in november 2016 and started family planning from january 2017. I am unable to conceive till now we are just bothered if everything is fine with both of us. Can you recommend what measures should we take and what test do you recommend for me and my husband to take before consulting a doctor. I am 23 and my husband is 24 years old. We both are perfectly fine apparently and dosent have any significant history in this regard.
You should wait atleast a year means if you started trying to conceive in January 2017 wait till the end of this year before trying with any treatment. For the time being you should take folic acid supplements and a healthy diet. I hope and pray you do conceive naturally before the end of the year but if unfortunately it does not happen , you may get some hormonal blood work and ultrasound pelvis done and semen analysis of the husband as the intial workup.
