Hi, I am married but not yet pregnant and It's been 2 months i'm facing usual bleeding from my vagina after every intercourse and burning urine too. I have been using Hydrozole (an anti-fungal cream) It does cure for a time period then again the burning inside vagina stays.
Do you have pain too? You need to examined by a doctor .Any urinary complaint?

Went to the doctor today but she was unable to understand the problem and taken my urine for test. But I don't have pain but itching inside my vagina and burning too. Also, I have been keeping tissue (inside vagina from past one year) so according to the doctor it has caused continuous dryness inside and around.

Did she perform an internal examination? Any source of infection or any polyp seen on that? It’s possible tissue caused this. Pls get an HVS and pap smear done. And take a course of antibiotic after that

the normal pattern of periods
any discharge
pain related with sex
previous h/o any infections like Sexually Transmitted
have you had your smear in past I guess not as not a practice in Pakistan
the potential cause can be either injection small polyp around cervix(lower part of bachha dani)
or a possible cancer of the cervix
so it need
examination speculum by gynaecologist, swabs , screen for infection
if all normal and it still continues it will need detail examination under microscope called colposcopy

I am not sure where to go for further examination, it's a serious matter but the doctor i'd visited recently has just inserted a finger inside and was too angry on me that why do i keep toilet paper inside vagina. The vaginal area was too dry. However, i need to get it examined but need recommendation as i live in Karachi.

keeping foreign body in vagina is not sensible in particular due to risk of serious infections but still dr had no right to be angry.unfortunately in Pakistan due to lack of emphasis on communication skills most health professional lack this.As i mentioned earlier you need speculum examination and swabs as minimum if not further test like colposcopy.i have never been to Karachi and practice medicine in UK so cant help .try to see some one from Agha Khan their training standereds and very good .
