It is not abnormal, but if it increases or lower abdominal pain start with it, consult your obstetrician

We have been trying to get pregnant for over 2 years now. In the meantime, we have received fertility treatment IUI, with no luck. I have also been to a doctor in Pakistan where she gave me take lezra tablets, i took them over 3 months, no luck with that either. What can you do now?
