Three years ago, the patient began experiencing persistent coughing. The patient works in the gold industry, where he is frequently exposed to acids and high temperatures used in the process of melting gold.

Despite consulting multiple doctors, the patient continues to experience symptoms. Recently, the cough has worsened, and the patient is now also experiencing visual disturbances, including darkness in front of the eyes, muscle aches (described as body stretching), and increased mucus production.
