Dear Naveed! You are having problems remembering things . This can be due to many reasons. I suggest you to see a medical specialist first and get all the relevant investigations done . If the medical specialist says that your investigations are normal and you don't have any disorder regarding memory then this can be a symptom of anxiety or depression. In the end you can get an opinion of a psychiatrist after being cleared from medical side. Good luck.
