Talk to Neuro Physician on Head Circumference

Asalam o alikum I wanted to know about my son..he was born at 37th week ,2.2kg but didnt required to be put on incubator Alhumdulillah..his hc was 37 at birth..but increased really fast and now its 46 at 8months..his pediatrician got his brain ultrasound done at 4months and it came out fine...but stil hes concerned as according to him his hc is that of a year old ..I want to ask if I shud go for other workup?hes Alhumdulillah achieving his milestones ..is v active mashaAllah.his thyroid levels werr checked shrtly after birth and came out normal..his height also falls at 80th percentile and headcircum is 89th perc(according to my knwledge as I m a medical student).his father has a big head too and so his uncle..swhat should I do please help.hes,my first child theres no history of ny blood,neurological disease in our family
