Talk to Neuro Physician on The Sound Of Tic Tic Feeling In Brain

Dear Sir,

Some of my relative feeling the sound of tic tic in brain. She is diabetic and having reading of 280 mg/dl sugar level. She was busy in some islamic studies in some Madrasa. please advise how we can out of this situation? Please consult to Neorologist
