Feels Like Vomiting

Since last few weeks i am having a problem that whenever i have a meal after few minutes i feel like i am going vomit Usually i have this problem in morning when i wake up or have an early breakfast but since last few weeks i am having this issue after lunch or dinner also.

I am 5'11 weigh around 58 kg. Diet routine is simple 3 meals a day. I do light exercise 3-4 times a day

Dear patient,you need a little bit lifestyle change
Don't do exercise for 3 to 4 times a day. fix 1 time exercise and do it properly
Avoid taking large meals with alot of oil/ghee.
Avoid fried and processed foods.
Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily
Increase intake of fruits and veges
donot skip breakfast. your breakfast must contain servings from each 6 food groups.
Reduce your stress level and take 8 hours of sleep on daily basis.

Sorry it was 3-4 times a week :). Anyway thank you for your response. One thing u mentioned about water intake . I have noticed i am not drinking as much water i should be recently. I will surely work on that.

Normal 3 meals a day. I have this issue for last couple of few weeks. But normally used to face this problem in morning when i have early breakfast. But now i am feeling this even before breakfast also and after other meals. I usually have milkshake in breakfast.

did you tried alu bukhara..??? have it whenever you feel nausea.
take liquids instead of heavy meals.
and also have half tsp of onion juice in early morning for few days. it will reduce your nauea.
