The detail medical history is attached, kindly guide if any kind of treatment is available for my father, some docters advice me TACE, and some are advising to put patient on surafinb/nexavar
In my experience of 9 years in Oncology, your fathers tumor is very large and TACE would not help him. I would advise Nexavar and to keep him as comfortable as possible. Regards, Dr. Ferwa Nasir Multan
As this disease is already spread beyond Liver (Lymph nodes), so TACE will not be recommended. The treatment will be Systemic therapy (Target therapy or Immunotherapy).

The TACE is done already as of today, while the doctor put him now on ammuinu therapy, wil it be helpful
