Kindly post your Biphasic/Triphasic CT scan image/ report preferably along with alpha feto protein and whether previous H/O hepatitis or any other important health So that further/ proper opinion to be given
usually TACE is successful in solitary liver lesion otherwise in case of multiple leison usually required systemic therapy
anyway please share triphasic scan with alpha fetoprotein with status of hepatitis to give right openion
You might be a candidate of curative surgical options like Resection or Transplant.
Other options like TACE , RFA etc can be option for you if your disease is at early stage.

Without images of the scans and AFP report can't comment. May be possible for curative as you say its initial stage

Need Multiphasic CT scan, AFP and detailed history including any liver disease like hepatitis, LFTs .Also will need whole body CT scan etc before deciding what is the best treatment. Thanks

Salm to all liver cancer doctors, I need your kind advice related to medicine SORANIB 200MG... My mother is suffering in liver cancer since 2years and had TACE treatment successfully now she is using SORANIB 200MG for its.. I just want to know that is this medicine will use for life or for some define period... Kindly advice.. Thanks... Shafiq
