hi doctor, I'm shahzaib from Faisalabad. I'm kidney patient and on dialysis for 2 years. under treatment from SIUT hospital karachi. I'm also having back problem. I have back pain. There is also a tilt in the waist. I am not being treated. I am not being transplanted due to a waistk problem. I'm done 3 times MRI and a rectal biopsy. my HLA B27 is negative. I'm so worried

tilt in the waist is due to problems with your biomechanics which needs to be checked out. it is caused by structural deformation. as long as you have an underlying cause you will have this tilt which will lead to osteoarthritis of one or more of your weight bearing joints. let us know if we can help you

you have multilevel disc bulges which is due to excessive compression on these spinal joints, and then you have a compensatory pelvic tilt putting pressure on your sacroiliac joint and one of you hip joint as well this is a chain reaction because as I mentioned before your joints are compensating due to an underlying cause which assuming you didn't lift anything heavy in the wrong position, is either because you have pronation in feet or due to hypolododic curve, resulting in poor weight distribution and changing your center of gravity when you walk or stand for too long. did you get spinal xrays as well?

if you live close to Lahore then all you need is one xrays film of your spine which you can get it anywhere again, and then either come see us or send us image. you don't have a surgical case. we need to resolve the tilt and underlying cause, along with minimum medicine.
